MCC Carnival Continues 🌦️

For any wet weather watchers among us, worry not... We've got you covered!

Medway Culture Club are excited to share our 3rd annual carnival with the community tomorrow (Saturday 5th August) and are pleased to have had a record number of RSVP's!

Whether the weather has us feeling "hot, hot, hot" like last year, or not, not, not... We won't leave you "singing in the rain".

Thanks to @Medway_Marquees we will be sheltered come rain or shine, so please rest assured that the show will go on!

For the MCC kids who made Windrush 75 T-shirts with us last month, please wear these as you'll be leading the procession and parading the banners you helped make too!

We have received over 25 amazing donations for our raffle including;

🍗🍔🌯 We have partnered with local caterers such as Jerk Café (Caribbean), Heyam’s Kitchen (Middle Eastern) & Naty's Burgers & Bubble Waffles.

🔊🎶🎤 Local sound system Intention Studio ft DJ Mikey Ragga & General Dips will be playing an authentic blend of Reggae, Soca and Carnival classics to have you walking on sunshine! ☀️

There will also be a range of free activities on offer including; steel-pan lessons, carnival dance class, carnival flag & head-dress making, dominos, limbo and badge making to keep the kids entertained!

Gates open at 11am, please arrive early as entry will be on a first come, first served basis!
