Workshop Description
Join us for an immersive workshop with award-winning authors Naomi and Natalie Evans. The sisters will encourage young people to get creative and use art to explore their unique identities. We’ll discuss what identity and culture mean to us and how they shape who we are. Then, we’ll dive into a hands-on activity creating mini magazines, posters and crowns that celebrate the unique wonder in each of us! 🎨 Creative Workshop 👑 Design Your Own Crown or Zine 🌎 Explore Identity & Culture Through Art 🎭 Interactive Fun for All! This is your chance to express yourself, connect with others, and celebrate what makes you unique! Open to young people of all backgrounds—come and be part of something inspiring! 🎉Date: Saturday 1st March 🎉Time: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm 🎉Location: Woodlands Youth Centre, Gillingham. ME7 2BX. 10:30 am - Drop off. 10:30 am - 10:45 am - Ice-breaker activities. 10:45 am - 12:00 pm - Discussions and creative activities exploring personal identity, heritage and culture. 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm - Lunch. 12:30 pm - Collection.
